Day 3 Wrap-Up
Day 3 at the National Men’s Senior B Lacrosse Championship had four round-robin matches:
- The Snake Island Muskies [TNSLL] (2-1) knocked off the Six Nations Rivermen [OSL] (1-2) by the score of 8-4. Chris Boushy of the Muskies (5G, 1A) was top scorer and Nick Damude stopped 37 of 41 shots in the Snake Island net.
- The Allegany Arrows [CALL] (4-0) over-powered the Standing Buffalo Fighting Sioux [PGLL] (1-3) by the score of 20-9. The Arrows' Chris Cloutier led the attack with 4 goals and 3 assists, while Craig Seneca turned aside 37 of 46 shots.
- The Edmonton Miners [RMLL] (3-1) took out the Victoria Shamrocks [WCSLA] (0-3) by the score of 12-9. The Miners' Dean Fairall led scoring with 3 goals and 5 assists, and Matt Hiebert stopped 28 of 37 shots.
- The host Ladner Pioneers (2-1) defeated the Rivermen (1-3) by the score of 12-7. The Pioneers' Mitch Jones (5G, 3A) and Tyler Pace (1G, 7A) led scoring, with Christian Del Bianco stopping 28 of 35 shots.
